01 — Workbook ONLY

This workbook includes 3-Parts, and 70 pages designed to help you explore the depths of who you are while discovering new avenues.

Give yourself the opportunity to:

Choose your activity (activities): You will opt for activities that push your comfort zone, and that will challenge you - more specifically, challenge your mind, and develop discipline. Proving that excuses exist only in your mind, and only when you allow them to. Whether your activity is that yoga class you’ve been wanting to try, training for a race or to become a runner, or incorporating a 30-minute walk into your daily routine, the options are limitless and yours to explore.

Log your progress: Visualize your progression.

Release Excuses and Limiting Beliefs: You will learn to let go of excuses and old belief patterns that may have held you back previously. You will see - you are stronger than you may realize.

Daily Affirmations: You will create 3-5 NEW affirmations daily. These affirmations will become a part of your self-talk. Replacing negative thoughts about yourself, and with your affirmations and empower yourself. This practice encourages you to acknowledge and embrace every facet of yourself, while venturing into unchartered aspects of your being, discovering who you’ve always been meant to be.

Weekly Journal Entries: You will reflect on your experiences, aiming to stimulate your thoughts, document your progress, and observe recurring patterns in your life.

Resources: included for helpful tips, or further discovery on a topic you wish to continue exploring.

02 — 3-Month Coaching Program

Get a customized workbook to reflect your movement activity of choice and any other personalized touches (name, specific experiences you wish to delve into / move forward from, specific things you are looking forward to, your specific TO and FROM).

Your workbook will reflect the 70-page, 3-part workbook, and you can engage in one-on-one coaching to help you navigate through it.

You will receive:

2 Zoom meetings per month (45 minutes each, 6 Zoom meetings in total).

Unlimited Communication: Access to personal email and the chance to have all your questions answered within 1-2 days while receiving messages of encouragement along the way.
